Limited Professional Use License for kits designed by Jennifer Demar

Thank you for your interest in using my products in your Scrap for Hire business endeavor. Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully and feel free to contact me with any questions you have prior to purchase.

Who Can Purchase the License:

Scrap for Hire, photography, or other small business, including digital scrapbooking layouts, blog designers, cards, invitations, crafts, or announcements.

What You Agree to Do if you Purchase this License:

You must purchase a separate license for EACH PRODUCT that you would like to use in your business. (This license and this price does not include the actual products themselves).

By purchasing this license, it is giving you the right to use my designs in your small business. Except for a few kit images that may have been taken from public domain, all graphics and all products you are purchasing licenses for are protected by copyright laws and are simply licensed to you to use in your small business. They are NOT sold to you, and they are NOT your property and NOT your designs.

The finished design you create as part of your business is supplied in a flattened JPG or PNG format (if provided digitally), or printed and must be in quantities of less than 200.

If you use my products in your web or blog design, you must have only non-commercial customers. So, you cannot use my products to create works for customers with any profit motive whatsoever.

If you use my products in web or blog design or make-overs for others, it must be personal websites or blogs only. Even if a personal/family website occasionally sells non-personal items or advertises other companies merchandise or services, it would be a violation of this license.

If your use of the license is for print jobs, i.e. cards or invitations, it can be used with unlimited customers. However, if you are doing website or blog design or re-design, a separate license is required for each separate website where my products were used and proper credit must be given somewhere easily visible on the site (i.e. in the footer) to the effect of "Graphics created by Jennifer Demar at digital-scrapbook-kits.com with a link back to digital-scrapbook-kits.com"

What You Cannot Do with this License:

• make any sort of digital or print scrapbooking products whether it is for sale or given as free (freebies) - this includes papers/paper packs, kits, embellishments/elements, templates, product previews, any sort of promotional products, professional web design/professional blog design, blinkie or banner design...This is a Scrap For Hire/Small business license only.
• claim as your own, either in altered format or in existing format any part of any kit
• print products out as is and sell or give as free in individual printed format.
• make quickpages or quickpage albums for sale or for free.
• make hybrid items to be sold as downloadable files.
• make logos, business cards, or other business branding and likewise materials.
• make any non-scrapbook or non-card related items for sale or given as free (freebies).
• for any national or mass production or distribution/re-distribution (or any 3rd party printing or resale services).
• create products or templates for other digital scrapbooking sites or stores
• any other use not described or included above.

If you have questions about any of this agreement, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing this license. Credit must still be given wherever possible to Jennifer Demar. If any of these conditions are violated, the this license is immediately revoked and further license purchasing will not be allowed. Thank you so much!
